Our goal is to work with both the local authorities and families to assist with the implementation of the family safeguarding model which identifies the need for different professionals to work as one supporting parents to create sustained change for themselves and their children thereby enabling more children to remain safely in the care of their families.
First Steps North West will work in partnership with parents over the age of 16 and dependent on risk assessments can accommodate both mothers and fathers.
